BRUSH UP NEBRASKA Paint-A-Thon is a community based volunteer program that paints the homes of low-income elderly and low-income disabled homeowners so that they may maintain their property, increase energy efficiency, and beautify the community.  Painting their home creates a new sense of pride for the homeowners, and benefits the area.  BRUSH UP NEBRASKA serves the Omaha Metropolitan community area including: Omaha, Bellevue, Gretna, Elkhorn, LaVista, Ralston, Papillion, and Council Bluffs, IA.

Paint-A-Thon is entering into its 20th year of serving the community.  BRUSH UP NEBRASKA was established in 1989.  In 19 years over 2,102 homes have been painted by the volunteers participating in BRUSH UP NEBRASKA.  This Web Site was created to pass information to anyone interested in Paint-A-Thon, our history, how we serve the community, the organization, and who is involved with the program.  Team and volunteer information is found throughout the site for new people or teams that want to volunteer.  Homeowner information, selection criteria and an application for homeowners is also available.  There is information and statistics from last year’s Paint-A-Thon and previous years of the program, a list of our corporate sponsors, links to their home web sites, and a listing of the many contributors to Paint-A-Thon.  If you have any more questions or comments about our web site or BRUSH UP NEBRASKA Paint-A-Thon, please feel free to e-mail us or fill out our feedback form.
