BRUSH UP NEBRASKA Paint-A-Thon is a community based volunteer program that paints the homes of low-income elderly and low-income disabled homeowners so that they may maintain their property, increase energy efficiency, and beautify the community. Painting their home creates a new sense of pride for the homeowners, and benefits the area. BRUSH UP NEBRASKA serves the Omaha Metropolitan community area including: Omaha, Bellevue, Gretna, Elkhorn, LaVista, Ralston, Papillion, and Council Bluffs, IA.
Paint-A-Thon is entering into its 24th year of serving the community. BRUSH UP NEBRASKA was established in 1989. In 23 years over 2,421 homes have been painted by the volunteers participating in BRUSH UP NEBRASKA Omaha-metro area.

Fortunately, there are still those people who do what Jesus has commanded us to do. They reach out and help the needy, the less fortunate, and the disabled. They love their neighbor as themselves.
